pleasant stay in igls
helpful stafffree buscable carbag storage
the staff members at reception were very helpful. there is a bus running from in front of the building. it goes to town and the cable car to the mountain top and it's free with a ticket. i was able to leave my bags before check-in to explore.
the pillows were very flat and not much value! though the location was perfect.

The hotel has two swimming pools connected to each other. One is inside and the other is outside. i appreciated having both options available, regardless of the weather. the spa was great after a day of hiking.

the breakfast buffet included a great variety of things. it was easy to find something satisfying. there is a bar where one can take a drink. it provides ample pour for a reasonable price.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Buses stopped right outside the door. They went in both directions at frequent intervals. A convenient tram service also provided easy access to the city center.
The parking lots filled up quickly. It was a walk to the alternative parking space. The menu in the restaurant was limited. I thought the beds were uncomfortable.

the bus stop right outside was really convenient for getting around. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. i especially liked the fresh pastries!!! the staff was really friendly and helpful with directions and local tips.
the furniture in my room seemed a little dated. the parking area was quite small, and it was sometimes tricky to find a spot. the church bells nearby rang early each morning, not so great.
